Paul Cant has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Paul is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Norwich Report written by Steven Hitcham
The weather may have been shocking here all day and evening in so-called sunny Norfolk but it wasn't going to stop another great turnout of GoodGymers willing to do good.
3 new runners this week in Kalyan, Paul & Julie... a big welcome to you :-)
Rosie T and Richard were both doing their 10th good deeds and Beks doing her 50th good deed. Fantastic and keep up the good work!
Tonight was also our 1st run with a walk option so Katy kindly volunteered to lead the group of walkers.
Richard marked his 10th good deed with being back runner.
So the task this evening was to visit The Feed to help them prepare for their launch night on Friday. We were sanding, painting the toilets and some general cleaning. As always the group cracked on and smashed out as much as they could.
For motivation, Lucy had kindly provided brownies, mince pies and sausage rolls at the end... but obviously to earn them the team had to work very hard so after the task I took them through a little fitness session in the community cafe. A plank competition was up 1st followed by a squat tabata. Then to finish were some push-ups, burpees and tuck jumps.... they earned the treats ;-)
We then headed back to The Forum.
Next week we're visiting The Oxfam.
