360 people, many dressed in pink or red tops celebrating Valentines today. We had a boxed rose for the 14th 114th 214th 314th person crossing the finish and lovely cake for volunteers. The weather was crisp & very sunny but the course was muddy in places. Still, a lovely morning to enjoy the outdoors & company of others

331 people mostly dressed for Christmas festivities ran/walked/jogged around a Misty catton park. It was quite difficult to see participants today. We had plenty of Santas, elves & Mr & Mrs Gingerbredto! Today our very own Goodgym activator Hitch was celebrating his 50th Parkrun volunteering, well done Steven.

284 people running/jogging/walking around Catton Park, 32 volunteers standing out on a cold, crisp, wet grass morning, many in dry robes keeping the elements out. Lots of tourists & first timers enjoying the great out doors, and helping their mental health. A cake stall raising funds for Norwich Community Football for one of our regulars are running the London Marathon in April 2026

248 people slipped & slid their way around Catton park while the rain tipped down! The finish line was particularly treacherous so well done everyone

227 soggy people ran/jog/walked the muddy course today Catton lake was small thank goodness but various parts where a little soggy. Well done everyone

Over 400 people run/walk/jogged around this lovely park including a group of young high school pupils who ran or volunteered with us today, highlighting the benefits of volunteering or exercising in the community . Well done hope to see them back
