We took on a brand new mission this week, supporting Post Community Newspapers, delivering The Bolton Post - a free, not-for-profit newspaper to local residents.
It was a pleasure to welcome back Isma for her second GoodGym session and Amna who is fast becoming a regular!
Next week we'll be heading to Devonshire Road Primary School to support with the demolition of a classroom - get your crow bars and lump hammers ready, this one's going to be FUN! ๐จ

It was a return to Bolton Lads & Girls Club this week as we helped with a site tidy up at the Infinity Centre.
After a short warm up jog, Amna, Isma and Rowan spent 30 minutes blitzing the outside of this popular local institution, collecting 3 full bags of litter and making a noticeable difference to the front of the building.
We've got our eyes on a flower bed that could do with some TLC next time we visit, watch this space... ๐

It was a very warm welcome to Amna who joined in her first GoodGym session this week ๐
After a warm up run, we spent 30 minutes bagging as much litter as we could - filling two big bags and clearing another load of litter off the streets of Bolton.
It will never not be satisfying to step back and appreciate a cleaned up space, well done Amna and I look forward to welcoming you back for more GoodGym'ing in the coming weeks.
Friday 1st May

Rowan Ardill (he/him) completed 25 good deeds with GoodGym.
Rowan has already done 25 good deeds with GoodGym. Instead of doing anything else, they've used their run to go and help people that need their help; digging, lifting, scraping, clearing, planting and weeding. Stuff that makes this a better place to be.

The sun was shining, the birds were singing and the GoodGymers were grafting as 5 of us headed to Wild & Fruity Community Garden to support with a whole load of tasks.
Well done to Hannah for joining in with her very first GoodGym session ๐
It was great to welcome back Steph for her second time as well as regulars Mark and Laurence too.
Between us we shifted a load of concrete flags, painted a shed and moved a whole load of earth to level some ground.
Another hugely satisfying and productive 60 minutes of effort helping a brilliant local organisation, thanks to Leesa and Trish for having us along, we'll definitely be back for more ASAP!
