Two GoodGymers joined the VGCC core team to prep for the food bank session, doing their best to stay cool in the amber‑alert heat. The fans were giving it their all, we kept water close, and everyone pushed through a seriously sweaty afternoon. Even the fruit looked like it was melting.

We managed to sort some deliveries for this coming Friday for our clients, which was not much, but hopefully will be enough.

Today, we served over 100 customers, ensuring everyone received something. No one left empty-handed.

Delivery was not much, but I managed to sort it out for Friday handout.
