Brenda and Susan joined the team at VGCC to serve up fresh fruit, veg and tins, keeping things cool as cucumbets and fresh as a daisy in the summer sizzle.

All went well, the food is ready for Friday

Three GoodGym volunteers assisted Vauxhall Garden Community Centre foodbank, core volunteers with food deliveries, sorting, and packing food donations for families in need . It's all for a good cause and the vibes are souper, there are lots of friendly faces, plenty of laughts, and just enough lifting to count as a workout.

There was plenty to unpack and serve our customers, and thanks to all the volunteers who came and helped reach over 80 people—everyone left with something, thank God.
