All Aboard Club ๐
This morning Wayne, Alys, & Julie met Richard from All Aboard Club at Brookwood Halls to help build the big train track for the kids to enjoy ๐.
We were joined by a few other volunteers from local organisations. We Helped unload the car and between us took ll the crates into the hall and strategically placed them around.
Alys & Julie started to place the chairs around the hall for the parents then it was time to build. We all started in different area's and started to lay the tracks. within 30 mins the track was looking great. The track had plenty of loops and turns it must of been one of the most technical and interesting tracks we had done, it looked great.
This coming Wednesday we will be doing a leaflet drop around the Goldsworth Park Area for Sam Beare Hospice ๐

Junior Park Run ๐โโ๏ธ
Woking Junior Park run was back this morning after a few weeks off. The park did have a few obstacles at the start but the runners navigated around them ๐.
Wayne, Karen, & Adam got to the park early to have a catch up. It was great hearing about Karen recent trip to Michu Picuhu sounded like a great trip. It was also good to catch up with Adam but not so good to hear about Adam injury which he picked up at the Richmond 1/2, and is now slowly changing his exercise routine to get himself back to his peak (Speedy Recovery Adam)
There was a great turn out this morning with 144 Runners taking part. The quickest time was an amazing 07:36 and there were also a fantastic 105 PB's Great running by everyone ๐โโ๏ธ.

Tonight, five human GoodGymers and one canine GoodGymer took on not one, not two, but three tasks!
We were back at Knaphill Community Fridge, which seems to always bless us with a beautiful evening for our task. โ๏ธ
Wayne and Alys took on the task of removing a rotting trellis and replacing it with a new one. Well actuallyโฆWayne did all the drilling, and Alys just held the screws! Wayne also got his gloves on to clear out toys and balls that children from the nursery had poked through the gaps. No doubt it wonโt take long for more to gather thereโฆ
Meanwhile, Julie, Nadia and Agathe gave the community fridge a good โol Spring clean, cleaning it from ceiling to floor (and window to wall).
A few of us also jumped in to replace one of the sides of the gazebo that has got a bit tattered over time. Quinn made sure to supervise this step!
We were kindly rewarded with a treat from Gailโs before heading home. ๐
It was great to have Agathe back after her trip to France. We missed Katie this week, who took a fleeting trip to Italy, Anne who is in France ๐ซ๐ท and weโll be missing Nadia for the next few weeks whilst sheโs in Japan ๐ฏ๐ต- have an amazing time! ๐
On Sunday, there is not one, not two, but three tasks as well - Junior parkrun, Brookwood trains and wildflower sowing on Millmoor Common. Join us for one?
