It was course check for Paul at Catford parkrun this week, he forgot to sign up for the pacing ... there's always next month. He was confronted by a disturbing sight on entering a baby on the path, missing an arm - a doll that it looked as though fox cubs had played with.

For an autumnal course check, there was a lot of litter around the course but fortunately no large branches or Lime Bikes to shift!
