Paul and I met outside the house, masked up and then realised we didn't know the flat number we were going to, but after some clever guesswork we figured it out! We met Mrs M and introduced ourselves and saw that it was going to be quite a speedy task as the bed that was being removed could be taken out in one piece. After some puzzling about how to maneuver it out the door we had the bed and mattress out in no time. We stayed a bit longer to talk to Mrs M as she was anxious for the hospital bed to arrive soon. After a quick selfie Paul and I were on our way!
