I absolutely love volunteering for the Mile End Junior Park Run. It's all over in just over half an hour and sets you up for a nice end to your weekend whilst you enthusiastically cheer on the runners, their parents, accompanying dogs and just about everybody else who hurtles past on Sunday mornings. Who needs coffee when you can wake yourself up with high-fives, enthusiastic cheers and really happy kids who work so hard to compete and complete their 2km race? Not me. This is now a highlight of my week and I really recommend giving it a go.

CAMBRIDGE x TOWER HAMLETS: Fox Den Community Allotment
🗓Sunday 20th September 11:45am

Maintaining the allotment in good condition ensures it's a great space for the local community to enjoy - many of whom don't have their own gardens or growing spaces.
