3 GoodGymers mastered their running techniques in Green Park!!
Great to see a huge improvement in running form and running pace so quickly this week!!
Amazing effort and execution from Laura and Cecily!!
A warm up to get our key running muscles and joints ready to roll got us primed for running excellence! First getting our knee drive going to create greater running force with some precise marches and skips. Then tightening up our arm swing and creating some backward drive to propel us forward.
Once we had that down we started with our faster running bursts to reinforce the technique gains and feel the speed come into our legs!
We then worked on nailing our forward body position, and speeding up our ground contact time we really unleashed our speed and the reps got faster and faster!!
Finishing with some walking lunges to work on maintaining our body position, balance and reduce crossing with this honed we blazed our way to our last two reps to round off a very productive and speedy session!!
