Another Tuesday evening, another chance to get out, get moving and do something good for our local community! With the nights drawing in, we headed to Verulamium Park this evening for a litter pick, focusing on the lit-up areas to help keep this beautiful green space clean and welcoming. Armed with torches and plenty of GoodGym spirit, we braved the darkness to hunt down the rubbish that had been left behind. It might be getting colder and darker, but there's always something we can do to make a difference!
