Hackney city farm needed some help preparing top soil from.... A big pile of pig poop! We were not to be deterred by this and quickly got stuck in sifting out the big stones which currently make the soil unusable and quickly developed a system. As the darkness of the evening set in we bagged up 7 sacks of premium hand sifted top soil for the farm.
