On a bright sunny lunchtime in Clapham, Anna, Rose and I joined Hadas and the team from Waste Not Want not. A full work out followed, shifting boxes of produce in from New Covent Garden Market, and then cooking and cleaning and prepping supplies. We had only just over an hour with the centre, but with an open invite back in the future.
