20 Goodgymers ran 3-6km to help Scope Charity Shop and C4WS!

Thanks for coming along guys, nice to have two indoor tasks (lucky it didn't rain until the end).

In the news this week:

  1. A massive well done to Liz who just hit 100 Good Deeds - amazing work in 9 months! Liz has been doing missions, group runs and more all across London.
  2. Also a huge well done to Abi whose hit 50 good deeds, she has been a committed Camden Group Run member and she does missions all over the place.
  3. Come along to the social tonight in Old Street - puns, pints and Pritesh!

Scope Task:

10 of us headed 1km to Camden High Street to help the wonderful Scope Charity Shop, over 40 minutes we did the following:

  • Clean windows
  • Dusting lights
  • Gift aid sorting
  • Hoovering and cleaning office & kitchen
  • Sorting clothes - keep or recycle
  • Labelling clothes

As always Helen appreciated our hark work, we left for a 2km run home knowing we'd helped our community.

C4WS led by Chris:

Chris the cracking leader took the other group of 10 people to help our weekly winter task at the American International Church. This was week three of our us helping the C4WS volunteers at the homeless shelter, as ever we were quick, efficient and appreciated by Jonathan and his team.

Once the 18 beds were made, Chris took the group off for a 4km run before heading back to base to stretch.

Sign up for next week here.
