The Wimbledon Foundation kindly invited GoodGym to its Get Set, Get Active and Get Set, Go Further event at the AELTC. We had the chance to take part in a tennis clinic (I think we'll stick to the group runs for our exercise!) as well as enjoy a tour of Centre Court, while meeting representatives from other charities across the borough. While everyone enjoyed being put through their paces by the pros, the highlight was undoubtedly learning more about all the incredible people and organisations who see the difference being active can make in people's lives. Plus, we learnt a few facts about Wimbledon along the way. Any guesses how many blades of grass make up Centre Court??
