A bonus community mission made it's way onto the schedule ahead of the main launch for Good Gym Worcester after a cry for help from The Food Bank. They needed many hands to help reorganise their warehouse and with several tons of food on the racking this was no mean feat!

Kirsty took part in her first ever community mission and cycled down to Lowesmoor with Marcus to see how they could help They spent he morning shifting, sorting, assembling and arranging along with a motivated crew of other volunteers. That's our strength and conditioning session for the day!

The Food Bank is an impressive operation that collects tons of food each year and makes sure the people who really need it in the city are looked after. An army of volunteers are needed to help with the sorting and distribution so we were glad to be able to offer a couple of pairs of extra hands.
