This week, we will meet outside Barnsbury Square Gardens to help the team with this awesome task. There is not a scheduled group run this week, but you are welcome to use the Arsenal Community Hub for bag drop, changing rooms and WC facilities.
We will be meeting at Barnsbury Square Gardens to help the local resident gardening team.

Our plan is to use shovels and forks to dig up some stubborn plants and roots from the flower beds on the premises. A classic Goodgym task!
