Meet at Theydon Bois station for a gentle walk in Epping Forest. We haven't decided the exact route but it won't be too taxing and will include a food and drink stop. We have a resident expert on hand to assist us with the walk. IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME, IT'S 07395 817789. John

Hi John - my brother in law just moved to Epping and is looking to get involved in the community. He is partly handicapped though so can definitely walk but a little slower than most. I thought one of these Gentle Walks sound his speed. How do I find out about other similar events in the area and do you think he’d fit in ? He would also love to volunteer to help people with simple gardening or chores!
