GoodGym Monday Motivation: Cardio 'n' Core Conditioning Session (ONLINE CLASS)

18:00 - 18:40Come and join in our 40-minute class led by our trainer Laura, who's a qualified Pilates teacher too!
She will be taking us all through a series of moves guaranteed to boost flagging fitness levels, neglected cores, and forgotten flexibility.
You will need:
- The edge of a chair, sofa or bed (or just an unmovable surface!).
- A cushion.
- A mat (or towel).
Our class takes place via Zoom:
