GoodGym Monday Motivation: Running Rehab (ONLINE CLASS)
Come and spend some time focusing on those stretches and side clams.
Come and join this online fitness class where we will be practising everything from those pesky single leg squats to side clams. After weeks of alfresco fitness, those limbs need some TLC.
This is an online fitness session OPEN TO ALL. We'd LOVE to see you!
You will need:
- A mat.
- A tea towel or resistance band.
