Well hello there April!

Celebrate the start of April with us at this midweek booster session.

Come and join in as we:

  • Enjoy a quick, efficient, fitness boosting workout.
  • Move on to our R&R section, and enjoy catching our breath with some relaxation and flexibility work.

You will need:

  • A mat or towel.
  • Two large water bottles, or equivalent.

How does it work?

  • We'll be working out online, together, using the secure platform, Zoom. Sign up for a free Zoom account here.
