Welcome to WWF x GoodGym’s Workout for Nature

From 7th April WWF and GoodGym are collaborating on hundreds of sessions to celebrate Earth Day. Each session will involve a Workout for Nature - a physical volunteering activity which will benefit local green spaces, and give your own wellbeing a boost. Simply sign up below and come along. No experience required!w

Join us for our weekly group run and task.

The task this week will be back at Belle Isle Park for the first time this year! Clearing wildflower strips and planting new seeds.

We will meet at the Phoenix on Gandy Street where we have access to a secure area for bags and belongings, as well as cycle racks if you’d prefer to cycle (or you can cycle as we run to the task).

What to bring - Please bring gardening-type gloves (spares are provided though)

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
