This week we were back at Belle Isle Park - we love clearing brambles so much we just had to come back!
A really nice warm evening, we were treated with a visit from 2 cats, a nice sunset and a decent chance to be social - all whilst being bitten by bugs or scratched by thorns!

This week we were back at Belle Isle, dealing with some brambles ready for some extra winter prep. We were joined by lots of the local park community group, and had a great social time as we went to work! Plus we had a lovely picture amongst the sunflowers that we had planed before - always great to see the efforts pay off!

Tonight 6 GoodGymers were back at Belle Isle Park, helping the local community group maintain an area infested with brambles.
The roots were deep but we all got stuck in an cleared the patch ready for better future use.
A big thank you and welcome goes to Joe, Becky and Rhys who all joined us for their first GoodGym Exeter session. A good bramble clearing task is always a fun first one! We hope you felt welcome and enjoyed the task.
