We'll be meeting Liz at the embankment at the earlier time of 7pm and will then be helping with watering, staking plants, weeding, litter picking and checking the compost we helped to carry upstairs during our previous tasks! We will be doing the various jobs on both the embankment and the platforms, so even if you haven't had the SWR safety training you can still take part. Join us for a group run, meeting at the Leather Bottle pub, 277 Kingston Rd, SW19 3NW at 6.30pm for a 2.5km run there and a 2.5km run back or alternatively meet us at the station at 7pm. This is a popular task that's unlike anything else, so do come along!

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Options are available to run between 5km and 5km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.
