Positive choices allotment support

We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet regularly to get active and do a physical task to help the charities, community organisations and projects in our area.

🎗️Who are we supporting?

Positive Choices - A free confidential service for young people aged between 5 and 24 to talk about their own drug and alcohol use or if they are impacted by another’s substance misuse, unhealthy partner relationships and sexual health.

Support is flexible to suit the need of the young person. They offer face to face and online appointments and work one to one and in groups including at their Ecotherapy allotment project. The allotments are based on Radford Road.

Allotment support to keep it nice and tidy for the service users

📍 Where?

Join us at Coventry Boys and Girls Club at 18:15 for a run 🏃🏽 or walk 🚶‍♀️ (There is on street parking but you need to pay, alternatively if you struggle to find a space you can use the clubs car park. There is cycle parking a bit further down on the opposite side of the road. Toilet facilities available)

🏃 Running distance

Approx 5 km (2.5 km there and back) with a break in between for the task

🧤 What to bring

Gloves and wear gear that you don't mind getting scruffy
