parkrun is 5k and takes place every Saturday morning. junior parkrun is 2k, dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families, every Sunday morning. parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along.

Morden Parkrun course is in it's infancy so much like Goodgym Merton the team would welcome extra volunteers - more details can be found at https://www.parkrun.org.uk/morden/volunteer/.

When signing up to this task do make sure to also email morden@parkrun.com to be added to the roster, you will need to provide your parkrun ID found on your barcode. Joining instructions (timings, location, who to contact) will then be provided prior to the event.

If you've never been to a parkrun before you'll need to register on the parkrun website (https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/) to get your barcode.
