A lovely morning at Catford #parkrun - pacing went well, the group included a dog (plus human on a lead), there were a trio of PBs. I was just over 31 mins as I tried to get a Catford regular under 31. Plogging before - there was more litter than there has been since last summer, but with an early start cleared it from the course at least.
