Friends of Woolwich Common
We are a group of volunteers seeking to protect, preserve and campaign for Woolwich Common, a large green space in the Royal Borough in Greenwich, London.

Please note that this community mission has been cancelled.

Each month we help out the Friends of Woolwich Common who meet each month to pick litter and to protect this beautiful land. They'll have plenty of bags and pickers so just bring some gloves with you. Fun fact: if you register to be an Environmental Champion at waste.advisors@royalgreenwich.gov.uk you can also get your own pickers from the council.

The group will gather opposite the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on the common at 11am. Come and get involved!

How are you getting there?
