Blitzing the litter

This morning I joined the Cippenham Stream Team volunteers to help clear litter from Deerwood Park (a local nature reserve) pond. Although one of the team donned waders and entered the pond, I stayed on land to bag up the litter removed from the pond. We also cut back some of the overgrown nettles, brambles and reeds.

SaltHill Junior Park Run

Thank you for our lovely bunch of volunteers for helping today, without you the event could not take place.

Nisha / Pam and Papri were marshalls whilst Adam on Time Keeping and Sut as floater with Sara on Bar Code Scanning.

Salthill Junior Park Run

Thank you to our 5 volunteers for helping at the event and making it the event happen, we all now how vital volunteers are for any event or task and you guys are super stars.

Nisha was tail walking today with some running and light jogging of course. Adam & Sevan were marshalls 4/8. Pam was on Bar Code Scanning whilst Sut was RD today.

This event runs every Sunday, please do sign up if your free in the mornings.

Super Sunday

"Abbacadabra ... its a theatre!

Three Goodgym members got their 70s groove on doing an Abba fab job in turning the Stoke Park Active charity building into a theatre venue. it will be buzzing with Dancing Queens tomorrow enjoying the Abba Theatre show.

The name of the game was to move tables and chairs. Ribbon decorations and candles were spread throughout the venue.

A lovely Sunday morning with our volunteers. Lovely to see Rohit continue to support our event.
