Parkrun is a global movement of free, weekly, 5k community events held every Saturday morning, with 2k events for children (ages 4–14) on Sundays.

Founded in the UK in 2004, it operates on a simple ethos: free for everyone, forever. Participants can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate at their own pace.

The Bromley parkrun takes place on Saturdays at 9am in Norman Park, a 25-minute walk from Bromley South station.
