Giving blood (or in my case, Plasma) always gives you an enormous sense of wellbeing. Plus the biscuits are pretty good too :)

Giving plasma is a little different from the usual GoodGym run or gardening task, but equally as fulfilling. I'm always amazed at how good I feel after donating (hole in arm aside).

I enjoyed a lovely bike ride along the river in the sun from Kingston to Twickenham (and very steadily back too) for this month's plasma donation. Giving blood / plasma always leaves me with an enormous sense of well-being. The sunshine helped too :)
