A full squad of cyclists descended on Anna Lou this morning to pick up their packages for the Kinship Hub.
GoodGym Bromley were also representing, which made for quite a team! We took the opportunity for a squad photo in the sunshine.
Big thanks to Alice who signed up last minute to take the final slot, involving a steep cycle up Crystal Palace hill. Thanks for saving the day!
10 packages were delivered across London, so the families can dine on home cooked egg fried rice this evening.

Today the weather was a bit grey and cold compared to previous week's deliveries. However this didn't stop us Goodgymmers or even bring down our cheer! This week our parcels contained ingredients for greens with mac and cheese. Together we did 10 deliveries over 7 postcode areas. And an extra big thank you to Katie for picking up a second delivery at short notice!

Angela is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Angela completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Angela was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

This session we had an special visitor - a journalist from the Guardian who was writing a piece about Goodgym! This involved many (many!) photos. Afterwards, we set off to do our deliveries which were pizza kits.
Special shout out to Angela for a successful delivery + first session! 💪🎉
