It's international womans Day tomorrow do a Big shout out to all the female volunteers at parkrun and Goodgym . This week we had Jeanette and Dave at watermead and Martin at Abbeypark and Ashley at Melton welldone all.

Ashley has just reached another level: 100 good deeds with GoodGym. That's at least 100 times when they could have easily done something easier. But they didn't, Ashley has kept going and going. Helping a lot of other people and getting a bit fitter at the same time. Congratulations Ashley.

Weldone to everyone who contributed to this round of donations!
Steph prepared and dropped off a generous collection of items to the local YMCA charity shop in Hayes, including clothes (mainly tops), a light shade and a basket. She made it just before closing time, thank you for making the effort to get there!
Harvey successfully delivered a selection of books to the Oxfam bookshop, great work supporting a fantastic cause.
Ashley completed their 100th mission by donating to a local Jigsaw charity shop, an amazing milestone, congratulations!
Lynn and Jimmy combined their time volunteering at Age UK with additional donations, making their visit even more impactful.
Well done everyone for supporting local charities and helping your communities!
