Charli Hayes completed their first run in a new area.
Curious? Charli has just run their first session in another area. For that explorative spirit Charli is awarded the scout badge. A Scout is trustworthy

Haringey Report written by Pennie Varvarides
This week 11 wonderful GoodGym-ers ran 2km to clear litter from the nearby green
The plan was originally to help at an allotment, but due to unforseen circumstances they couldn't use us this evening.
Plan B was to strip paint at Kori, but the tools were not in my bag, so we moved on to plan C: litter pick the green
Lots of new faces this week (to me), including GG newbie Chloe - give her a cheer!
We quickly warmed up in front of base with some single leg work, skipping and the burpee name game, before heading off on an extended lap of the block
We collected some litter pickers and bin bags and split into teams collecting rubbish from the bushes
All sorts were found, including the usual vodka bottles, tins and a solitary shoe
After 25 solid minutes we put all our rubbish in the bins or recycling, returned our tools and had a quick round of a circuit to get everybody warmed back up
Burpees, squats, pushups, vertical mountain climbers and planks. Before finishing with a quick game of duck duck goose (which decended into some unexpected chaos in the end)
The group then semi sprinted back to base for stretches and high fives
Next week Chi is incharge. He'll be b leading the group to chestnuts park for some mulching and other green tasks while I'm away at a wedding.
I just realised I didn't take a group photo this evening! But there is a video of duck duck goose on my Instagram stories, if you wanna see everyone running around

Hackney Report written by Joel Wiles
9 hardcore Hackney GoodGymers ran 5k to help St Luke’s clear Leaf’s in some very heavy rain!!
Big Kudos to you all for coming out last night! A strong effort put in by everyone in some less than glamorous conditions!!
After a full body mobilisation in the relative shelter at the Council offices to prime ourselves for our Total workout. We skipped over puddles and dodged rain drops on the short run to St Luke’s.
With Norman handing out tools we got stuck in!! Racking, strapping and forking millions of leafs into some epically big piles!
Will then filled all the bags we had to hand while Eva had her grabber and picked up a wide variety and large number of drinks cans.
Keeping the pace high mainly to keep warm we dominated 20 minutes of leafy full body conditioning work!
With the piles high and bags full we tidied up and zipped off on a 3.5k loop back to base to finish off a strong fitness Tuesday!
Wet and Worked Out we headed home with a hot drink and a warm shower the order of the evening.
Don’t forget our community mission on Saturday at St Joseph’s hospice clearing up the jumble sale!!
Next week Paul Bown will be leading the charge with Hackney Parks!!
See you all in a couple
Smooth Running
