Well done to everyone who took part in the Surrey Half
Last Night at GG
Meeting at the WWF last night we were heading off to Woodham Parish Church. With Adam and Owen leading the way down a muddy canal, it looked like Sally-Anne stepped in some rather muddy deep puddles.
With everyone at the Church it was up to Adrain to set and give out the tasks for the evening. He is always so well prepared for us. He had three jobs - * Grass seed duty, with raking the soil and sowing the seeds and raking it again. * The inside job which took place in the entrance to the hall of cleaning down the walls and then giving it a coat of paint. * and Clearing Leaves
With everyone so busy doing their jobs and the topic of the evening, of course the corona virus and how it is effecting people's day to day to routines. A big thank you to every one for their hard work and for everyone being so helpful.
Next week every day the corona virus information is changing and with that in mind ... please can you keep an eye out on the GG website for more information, especially with next week's task meant to be taking place in a care home.

Last Night at GoodGym What a great turn out at GoodGym last night, everyone came in all shades of colours. Meeting at WWF carpark for a nice jog/run to Woodham Parish Church. The temperature outside has definitely made a turn and the wind was not on our side last night.
Arriving at the Parish Hall we were met by Adrian who quickly got us to work. We split into two teams - One working on the kitchen door, sanding and then giving it a coat of undercoat. While the other team squeezed into the foyer and started to turn a shade of white after having to sand the door frames and entrance. After the dust was hoovered up, it was time to give everything a coat of paint. Adam got a free hair dye and came out with highlights in his hair. Sally-Anne decided to do some finger painting instead and coated her hands with paint.
Once finished it made a great difference and really brightened up the entrance. It was time for a quick photo and a run back to the meeting point. I certainly was looking forward to getting warm and tucking into some warm food once home. Thank You to James and Josh for sending us pictures of your dinner during Nandos date night! Very much appreciated.
Next week Please meet at the Leisure Center and we are heading to the FoodBank.

GoodGym News
Tonight's Group Run
A big welcome to Martin who joined us for his first group run experience, we hope to see you back at our future group run sessions. Tonight we had a great turn out and even Bodhi the dog dressed up in his bow tie for the special occasion of my 100th Good deed! We met at WWF carpark with everyone equipped with lights we were off to Brockhill Care Home. With Mark, Adam and Owen leading the way through Horsell. Our trusty back marker Anne was there, with a slight wonky knee but she managed to make the whole run there and back.
Once at Brockhill Care Home we were met by Wayne, another GG member and the lovely ladies who let us in at the care home, who are always so friendly! Tonight's task was to Clean and wipe down the dining rooms chairs and table, with such a great turn out, it wasn't long before it was time to head back. With a quick group photo before we left. The run back was definitely a social one, with members all have a catch up after weeks of not seeing each other. James clearly had his go fast hat on and was very chilled waiting for us to appear down the canal as he was stood finished!
If anyone is interested in some painful hills this Saturday, there will be a Hill's session on this Saturday morning at 8am - meeting at the maultway. See Facebook page for more details .
Next week
We are meeting at Woking Leisure Center and heading to Woodham Parish Church. Please remember your head torches, chest lights, hat light or what ever kind of lighting device you have!!
