Jess runs to visit an older person, we knew that. What's new is that they've persevered through the worst the weather can throw at them. For logging their visits during December they are awarded the yule log badge.

Jess loves to wander. Jess has been to seven different GoodGym areas and seen the different cultures, etiquette and style of different trainers and met hundreds of people. Jess is a wanderer.

Jess completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Jess was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Jess has just reached another level: 100 good deeds with GoodGym. That's at least 100 times when they could have easily done something easier. But they didn't, Jess has kept going and going. Helping a lot of other people and getting a bit fitter at the same time. Congratulations Jess.

Jess has visited an isolated older person during their run 10 times now. It sounds like they've made friends. This is likely to have made a huge difference to the life of the older person. Isolation and loneliness are crippling for many; a friendly face visiting regularly can change someone's whole outlook on life.
