Mohammed and Kim joined other volunteers from Wimborne War On Waste for one of their regular litter pics around Wimborne.
It was a lovely morning for walking around spotting any rubbish and collecting it to take back.
Thank you Wimborne War On Waste for having as once again and we look forward to helpingthem at the next event.

Joanna and Kim were signed up to mow Mrs Ts lawn and trim some bushes but the soggy weather meant the lawn had to wait.
They still made a good start on the garden deciding to tackle one corner first. Mrs T used to loved garden but now she is unable to do it herself some of the bushes has gotten out of control.
They cut back brambles and dead branches of hedges and I hope you agree the before and after photos show a much improved corner of her garden! Hopefully we’ll arrange to return to get to that lawn done.

It was a tough session of filling wheelbarrows with compost and then pushing it up the hill through the mud to the young tress that were planted last year but the rare glimpse of sunshine made it all worth it! Other volunteers from other groups were also removing the plastic protective covers from the more established hedges.
Thanks to Trees for Wimborne for having us again.
