Wasn't too sure how to stylize that pun? ๐คทโโ๏ธ
ANYWAY - what a lovely warm evening to be in Kennington Park. The place was buzzing and not just because of the bees.
We arrived in drips and drabs which was actually good in terms of keeping a distance (good thinking everyone). ๐๐
So even when I arrived people were cracking on with:
๐Trimming the lavender (it's going to be made into lavender oil don'tcha know!)
๐ฑPulling up pesky bindweed
๐ Litterpicking!
๐ Dead-heading roses
And plenty of other bits and bobs.
After an hour or so we called it a day. Though some of us stuck around for a game of squat, squat, goose and an un-named core game. ABSA GOLD, ABS from 5ive or ABSO (Abs Behaviour Social Order?)
NICE ONE GUYS

Lauren earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Lauren completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Lauren was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Lauren and I met the amazing team at Healthy Living Platform at the bustling Southwyk Community Hall before setting off to deliver paper bags containing delicious food, recipes and information about healthy eating and activity sheets for children. Everything was super well organised- such an impressive operation! It was a deliciously simple task and the food looked simply delicious- we were even offered some beautiful cauliflowers to take home with us as thanks!
