There was plenty to celebrate as six GoodGymers helped six local organisations spread the word about their good work by preparing their leaflets for delivery next week.

Fay, Laurie, Andy and Martin reported back on that afternoon’s Chelmsford CVS’s charity update forum. GoodGym Chelmsford got a shout out for its 10th birthday, and the cakes from Chelmsford WI won rave reviews.

Ben was proudly wearing his brand new black GoodGym t-shirt after completing 50 good deeds. Congratulations! It looks like Erin will be next to join the illustrious club.

It was time to retire my previous shoes and there is a charity donation box at the GG base in Chelmsford. Laurie and I took four pairs, i have saved one old pair for my nuclear obstacle race in November, and Laurie has saved 3477 pairs for who knows when.

But, we also had Harvey, who was the first to donate at his local drop off point! Great work Harvey. Jog On aim to remove shoes from landfill to use them for those who have absolutely nothing in various places around the globe.
