Matthew is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

We welcomed to new people 2 newbies on Tuesday evening. Altogether there were four of us doing a litter pick. We went to Northernhay Gardens to see what we could find, it had been a sunny day and there was plenty of picnicking debris leftover. We spent the whole time there! Welcome to Matt and Rob who enjoyed their first litter picking experience with GoodGym Exeter.
