On a lovely sunny Sunday, we headed to Ipswich juniors parkrun to volunteer! ☀

I volunteered as barcode scanner & it was Amber's first time volunteering at junior parkrun! She marshalled at the start. It was a lovely way to start our Sunday's and definitely would encourage more people to volunteer at their local parkruns or junior parkruns. 💪

Bonus: a flapjack enjoyed at the end! (spotted in the photo 😆)

Not seen that for a while! But nice that the sun made its appearance after a drizzle ☀️. I headed out for some miles along the waterfront, to have a look at some areas that need some aid in litterpicking along the waterfront. We will head there on the next group run so do sign up & join us! 🧤

Wednesday group run consisted of a social 5k this week 👟

Myself & Prakash headed out on a warm Wednesday for a local 5k loop, as no task was arranged for this week. It was rather enjoyable and nice to get out in the fresh air for a bit of socialising and exercise! ☀💬

The original plan was to help out at Murrayside community centre again but upon arrival, we were told the taskowner had gone home. So instead we carried on our run in the sun! A nice social run instead 💬👟
