Nikhil completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Nikhil was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Nikhil Abraham Antony has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Nikhil is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Rain paused play...
...but it didn't stop five brilliant GoodGymers watering, weeding, and wielding another beautiful batch of tomatoes. It also gave us chance to have a chat and sample the produce. Win-win!

Maintaining the allotment in good condition ensures it's a great space for the local community to enjoy - many of whom don't have their own gardens or growing spaces.

Good gym Cambridge had a great time shoveling wood chippings into wheelbarrows and spreading on children's bike track this Saturday to improve safety and fun for the little ones 🤗
Despite the cold and the light hail(!), it was a great morning and we all certainly got our steps in!
