Welcome to our new runners Victoria, Tamasine, Cathryn. Great to have you along with us!
17 runners went to Ark T in Temple Cowley. We delivered a no Sugar poster to Wild Honey Health food shop on the way for Good Food Oxford!
We picked litter, dug up weeds, swept sand back into their sandpit and moved their toys back to the mud kitchen!
Feeling like Champs We then went to BeauChamp street to play another round of King of the hill.. Any opportunity for a hill session!! ;).
We also had a bit of time to split into Caterpillars , Team A for Angus and Team B for Ben (with support from Trev and Julia) who split our bumper group up to have a go at leading a wiggly caterpillar around Florence Park. Thanks also to Sarah for running back to get the litter pickers Trev left!! We all made it home just before another massive storm broke.. eeek! At least we have 2 caterpillars and a whole load of loo roll, beans, pasta and hand sanitizer!
A final little video for you
Here is us celebrating Julias Fab new #BLACKGG50Tshirt!! who will be next? could it be you?... celebrating Julia's Black 50 Tshirt dance!

11 runners went to Little Peeple in Littlemore to help out..
We cleared weeds, swept paths, picked up litter, and dug leaves..
and importantly we drank tea! Little peeple are one of our favorite task for giving us drinks, squash and chocolate biscuits.. I Blame Mark for being a little late back to base as we did get carried away with the tea breaks! ;)
we made occasional stops for star jumps and Burpies on our way..
Well done to Julia who celebrated her 50th Good Deed at the weekend.. an achievement so great that she gets to keep the garland of joy all week!! ;)

Happy BIRRRRTHHDAYY dear GoodGym!! Happy birthday to us! :)
Wow what a year. 20 runners came out to celebrate; Welcome to our new runner Naomi!
Firstly our task was for our home East Oxford Community Centre. They asked us to leaflet and talk to people along Cowley road about plans for the centre redevelopment, and engage with new people who don’t currently use the centre. We went into shops and cafes, and talked to people at bus stops and in the side streets. We split into teams, some of us were nervous talkers and some of us absolutely loved it.. we had some very interesting chats with a variety of different people. We also moved a piano at the centre and looked for litter as we went..
Afterwards we then went to a slightly wet Roger Bannister Track on Iffley Road (where we will be hosting the GoodGym Games in Summer!!! Do sign up now!)
Trev lead 2 exercises, and we experimented with strides, speed and recovery. You all worked really hard on the track session well done all of you! :)
