Three Goodgymmers, Keith, Roger and Lea, turned up in the pouring rain at the Tree House in Hurn. Were we the birthday party?!?! Eh no, we are here to work hard! And work hard we did! Nick had us collapse cardboard boxes indoors, then luckily the rain had lessened so off outside. Cans to be taken to recycling bin, brambles to be taken to the composting area and then the main job: reorganising the composting bays… taking out, lifting and emptying wheelbarrows for putting in, layering like lasagna, taking more out and putting more in and finally bagging useable compost! Yep, job very well done!

Roger Little completed 25 good deeds with GoodGym.
Roger has already done 25 good deeds with GoodGym. Instead of doing anything else, they've used their run to go and help people that need their help; digging, lifting, scraping, clearing, planting and weeding. Stuff that makes this a better place to be.

Five Goodgymmers, Eleanor, Roger, Daryl, Keith and Lea, had another go at attacking the Spanish Bluebells, by fair means or foul... digging them out with bulbs and all or deadheading them. We again filled a number of wheelbarrows and the garden is looking very blueless now, much to David's delight. He will get their regular volunteers to plant new stuff. Thanks for your hard work everyone.

three Goodgymmers, Roger, Lea and Keith, turned up at St Aldhelm's church to attack the Spanish invasion.... of bluebells! Digging deep to get to the bulbs was no easy feat. Yikes, our arms today! David, the gardener was very happy with our work and hopes to see us back for more attacking of the Spanish bluebells, beautiful though they are, they are incredibly invasive!
