Tonight was the first of a whole week evening visits to help The Store Cupboard, a new affordable community food project in Hanwell, get off the ground.
Tonight's task saw us painting some items, sanding others and waxing those that were nearly finished.
Joe came along to GoodGym for the first time accompanied by parter Shona, they took on waxing a lovely freshly painted shelving unit.
Fay painted a lovely set of shelves in a lovely grey and Milly buffed some of the final pieces.
A great start to an epic week of helping this project get going!

Shona O'Connell earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Shona completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Shona was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
