The start of half term didn't stop 5 goodgymmers, or more importantly loads of juniors getting their chilly parkrun fix this morning! Well done all! 👍🏼

...and finally today we were after weather stopped playing for a while in much of Leicester. Today we had 6 goodgymmers getting kids active at junior parkrun with timekeeping and marshalling duties undertaken.

3 goodgymmers made sure junior parkrun could go ahead this week with Dave and Jeannette braving the cold on the day and katy volunteering from the warmth of her own home as vc!

Six Goodgymers marshalled at the Leicester half and 10km today , big thanks to Martin, Nick,Lynn and Dave, Leese and Mel. Keeping the runners safe

Four Goodgymers made a second leaflet drop in Leicester city centre, to advise residents of road closures for the Leicester half and 10km running event. New Walk is the final mile of the race. Sadly the nights are drawing in but nevertheless the group covered good ground before the light faded. Well done everyone

4 volunteers braved enough rain to launch the ark this morning to help at junior parkrun enabling 75 kids to get their parkrun fix. Katy was ably supported as RD by Lynn, Mel and Dave.

We had 5 goodgymmers out supporting junior parkrun today alongside a local scout, cub and beaver takeover, and a musical event!

6 goodgymmers braved Kathleen to support junior parkrun this week with a variety of roles but consistent windsweptness!
