Lovely chilled evening reducing the contaminants into the waterways in Little Venice!

1k walking out West grabbing as many plastics as we could to reduce down the contaminants that get into the water to negatively effect the ecosystem.

3 very full bags of rubbish showed how import a job we did!

Great session in Westminster this evening helping an amazing community group Get Rid and Donate to distribute a van load of clothing donations to Westminster's homeless community.

Meeting Andrea and her team with the van full of clothing donations that had been expertly sorted by the amazing GoodGym Lambeth crew the night before.

Ritsu, Sophie and Sam getting stuck in lifting, shifting and giving out tonne bags full of clothes, tents, sleeping bags and shoes. fast paced and so impactful great to be part of helping so many people particularly as we move into the colder months of the year.

Within an hour the van was empty and we were on our way with a job very well done! Thank you for coming along, we will be back at Rhythms of Life in a couple weeks and be great to have you along!
