After dropping in to feed my sister-in-law’s cat (not reporting that as a good deed - the kit is too cute not to offer to help!), I had a crisp 2.5km walk to Mowbray Park to marshal at the junior parkrun.

Such a welcoming bunch and today had a little twist… a TikTok dance, one of our volunteers has her sights set on viral fame! Stay tuned. #fameatlast
