5am start to arrive for 6am registration for volunteering at the Boudecca Way Ultra Marathon 50km around our wonderful countryside. Sorting about the intensive heat we’ve had recently, all provision was made with extra water/spray stops. That seems very obscure considering the heavens opened from 6-8am and on arrival it was wet! It wasn’t cold though and for the next 6 hours the participants did endure a very humid run
