Today 406 people, on a glorious, sunny, but windy morning ran/jogged/walked their way around Catton Parkrun. It was a poignant morning as the charity Pricilla Bacon Hospice were in attendance selling cakes and rails of pre loved sports wear, for this vital local Charity. A few people were walking today in memory of lost loved ones who had used the Hospice including our own Jo who runs the Coffee van here at Parkrun, he mum passed way yesterday in the loving care of Pricilla Bacon Hospice. Our thoughts are with her & her family. It was the ladies of Goodgym running today. Emily, Roisin, Alina & Susanna. Well done everyone

On a lovely spring morning, 9 GoodGymers, 2 Vision Norfolk volunteers and 1 enthusiastic puppy took on the challenge of shifting 6 tonnes of soil - that’s the weight of 1 elephant or about 12 horses. Armed with jaunty wheelbarrows, we transported the soil across Marlpit Community Gardens into Vision Norfolk’s three newly built raised planters. Thanks to everyone’s hard work, the planters are now ready to grow a mix of potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and fresh salad. A warm welcome to Wayne, who joined us for his first mission!
