6 GoodGymers visited Grapes Hill Community Garden, the first organisation we ever visted over 3 years ago on our first group run.

The main task was to create some stepping stones what will create a new path to attract more families and young people to the garden.

A good start was that none of us new how to mix cement haha, but luckily Jo, the gardener roughly knew the sand to cement ration, so we gave it a whirl!

We all took it in turns to mix some up, while Elizabeth and Penny also did a bit of sweeping.

Once it was mixed and poured into containers to set, it was then our job to decorate them with pebbles, shells etc. before they set. Penny did a wonderful job in creating a 'GoodGym' stepping stone to leave our mark.

We will return again to place them in the ground.
